It’s been a busy past couple of months. I was in Denver towards the end of October looking for apartments and taking interviews. It was super exciting, I got hired as a manager at a restaurant and found a potential apartment. Things we’re looking great, then came back to Miami and due to a few outside factors decided not to move to Denver. Then I had to go into crazy mode because we had three weeks left in Miami and need to be out. I couldn’t be there anymore, or I was going to lose my mind. I loved living in Miami, and always will but 23 years is more than in enough time in one city….. homegirl HAD TO GO. So, in a rush we decided to move to Central Florida. Wasn’t my first, second or third choice but beggars can’t be choosers. And it isn’t all bad, we have a nice small one bed room, overlooking j.p a lake and basically 15mins from everywhere we need to go. I’m closer to my sister and parents which is fun. My sisters are over all the time eating my food and we’re having a ball.
This is going to be an interesting new adventure, not everything is falling into place as I would’ve hoped but I guess that’s just how life works. I have no job and living outside of Miami with my boyfriend for the first time. What could possibly go wrong?
